I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice out of respect for my time and business. • No deposit is required to book an appointment • A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments • Reschedules made 24 hours will not be charged Only if it was made with in the 24 hours window s • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total I understand that unexpected emergencies and life events can happen. Please communicate as soon as possible if something unavoidable comes up. All appointments are booked online, and by booking you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
